Schedules & Activites

Sequim Pre-Three provides fun theme based activities that engage our children and encourage learning while having fun in a warm caring environment.

An experienced early childhood education teacher provides a fun developmentally appropriate curriculum for the children with various activities to encourage exploration and brain development. The daily schedule includes circle/song activities, free choice time with art, sensory, play activities, snack, and gross motor play outside most days as weather permits. The general philosophy is to provide a safe, child-centered environment where children and parents can grow and learn together.

Each week, parents rotate turns as teacher’s assistants helping with supervising activities, clean up or bringing a snack. During the free choice activity time, the parents that are not scheduled to help with the children that day meet in a parent discussion group with our parent educator.  Various parenting topics are covered during class discussions and at other parent meetings providing parent support as well as research based information.
